Data deletion

You can have your data deleted from our copies whether you run a connected business or you simply messaged or commented on one.

If you connected an account

• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, remove the RVRS app and request deletion. Instagram tells us and we delete your token and account data automatically.
• Facebook and Meta business assets: remove the app or our partner access in Business Settings.
• Or disconnect in Super Suite, or email us. We delete the business's copied conversations, comments, posts, insights and ad data within 30 days.

If you messaged or commented on a business

1. Email privacy@rvrs.ai with the subject "Data deletion".
2. Tell us which account or number you contacted, and your name or handle as it appears there.
3. We delete your messages, comments and profile details from our copies within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleting our copies does not delete messages from the platforms themselves; you can remove those in the Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp apps.
