Terms of service
Last updated 28 October 2026. These terms cover every Super Suite module (SMM, Ads, Analytics, Admin).
Super Suite is a marketing operations service run by RVRS. Access is by invitation and sign-in only while we onboard businesses by hand.
Using the service
- A business connects only accounts it owns or is authorised to manage, using each platform's official tools.
- The business stays responsible for what is published or sent from its accounts. Drafts are suggestions until a person at the business approves them, or until the business sets a rule that lets a specific low-risk action (for example hiding spam) happen on its own.
- Actions that spend money always require explicit approval and respect the limits the business sets. Ad spend is paid by the business directly to the ad platform.
- Use must follow each platform's terms and policies, including Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, advertising policies and the WhatsApp Business policy, and Google's policies.
Availability
We run the service on a best-effort basis and may change or pause it. Platforms can change or restrict their APIs at any time, which may limit what the service can do.
Ending access
A business can disconnect at any time in Super Suite, in the platform's settings, or by asking us. We then delete its copied data as described in the privacy policy.
